Limbungan tells the story of Ramli and Malik, two employees of the Maju Jaya Company, who are sent to Kampung Limbungan in 1975 to settle land negotiations for constructing a hydroelectric station. However, the villagers refuse to give up their ancestral land, and the village is haunted by a supernatural tiger that appears every time there is a blood moon eclipse. Ramli and Malik's arrival at the wrong time leads them into a bitter conflict, where myth and reality come together in a tense atmosphere.
