Eligibility

• 1.1Membership is open to persons 18 years old and above only.
• 1.2Member’s name must match the National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) or International Passport.
• 1.3Management reserves the right to terminate or cancel any fictitious or fraudulent membership. Members must provide true and accurate information.
• 1.4Membership is not restricted to Malaysians, except for persons declared bankrupt by any legal process in Malaysia or other countries.

Membership Validity

• 2.1Membership is valid for 24 months from the date of registration.
• 2.2Membership must be active to earn or redeem MY Credits and access benefits.
• 2.3 Reactivation after expiry:
  • Expired members may reactivate by paying the reactivation fee.
  • The new membership period will start from the previous expiry date, not the reactivation date.
  • Example: Membership expired Dec 2024. Member reactivates in 2027. The new membership period will run from Dec 2024 to Dec 2026.
  • Reactivation restores access to existing MY Credits, provided they are still within their 18-month validity.

MY Credits

• 3.1 MY Credits are earned from purchases:
  • Movie tickets: ticket price × 0.08
  • F&B: spend × 1.00
  • Example: RM18 ticket × 0.08 = 1.44 MY Credits
• 3.2MY Credits are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
• 3.3MY Credits can only be redeemed by active members.
• 3.4MY Credits can be redeemed for tickets, F&B, or merchandise, walk-in only.
• 3.5Expired membership cannot earn or redeem MY Credits, but MY Credits remain valid until their individual expiry date.

• 4.1 Cinema Discounts:
  • VIP Suite: RM3 off per ticket
  • Normal Hall: RM1 off per ticket
• 4.2 Birthday Perks:
  • 2 free tickets during birthday month
  • Applicable for any movie showing in standard hall
  • Walk-in redemption only
• 4.3 Exclusive Member Perks:
  • Special events RSVP
  • Discounted prices for exclusive merchandise
• 4.4Membership benefits are subject to management review and may change without prior notice.
• 4.5Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchases & Bookings

• 5.1All bookings are subject to payment clearance.
• 5.2Invalid or void payments will result in cancellation of tickets and/or MY Credits without notice.
• 5.3Movie ticket and food prices, as well as the reward MY Credits system, may be revised at management’s discretion without prior notice.

General Rules

• 6.1Members must comply with all Platform rules.
• 6.2Management reserves the right to terminate membership if a member breaches these Terms.
• 6.3Participation in contests, promotions, or other offers is subject to separate terms provided for each activity.
