Yes. Any MY Credits earned from Mega Cineplex purchases are valid for 18 months from the date of earning and must be redeemed within this period.

You cannot redeem MY Credits while your membership is inactive. Points remain valid for 18 months from the date earned.

Yes. You can pay the reactivation fee (RM20), and your membership resumes from the last expiry date.
Example: Expired Dec 2024 → reactivate in 2027 → membership runs Dec 2024 to Dec 2026.

Movie tickets: ticket price × 0.08
F&B: spend × 1.00
Example: RM18 ticket × 0.08 = 1.44 MY Credits

For online bookings via the website or mobile app, log in to your MY MOVIE CLUB account before making payment.
For kiosk or counter purchases, scan your member QR code before completing the transaction.

Only active members can redeem MY Credits. MY Credits can be redeemed for tickets, F&B, or merchandise, and membership renewal, walk-in only.

No. All MY Credits redemption is strictly available via walk-in at Mega Cineplex counters only.

Special Hall tickets: RM3 off. Standard Hall tickets: RM1 off.

Yes. 2 free tickets in your birthday month, for any movie showing in a standard hall. Walk-in redemption only.

Members also get special event RSVP and discounted prices for exclusive merchandise.

Not all movies, showtimes, or special screenings may be eligible. Restrictions may apply based on distributor or management policies.

No. Membership benefits cannot be converted to cash.

No. Points are not earned on tickets or items redeemed using points.

Tickets can be purchased via the official website, mobile app, or by walk-in at any Mega Cineplex counter. Online booking allows you to select seats in advance and avoid queues.

Yes. Tickets are usually available several days before the movie release, subject to scheduled availability.

All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of technical issues or show cancellation.

Ticket prices vary depending on the hall type, showtime, movie format, and ticket category (such as Adult, Child, or Senior). To view the exact ticket price, please select the movie and showtime via the Mega Cineplex website or mobile app. The ticket price will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Ticket categories may include the following, subject to availability and verification:
• Adult – Standard ticket for ages 12 and above
• Child – For children below 12 years old
• Infant – Children below 3 years old and under 90 cm in height may enter the cinema free of charge, provided they sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.
• Senior Citizen – For customers aged 55 years and above
• Student – A valid student card must be presented upon ticket purchase or entry
• OKU – A valid OKU card must be presented upon ticket purchase or entry

Movie showtimes are usually updated every Tuesday or Wednesday, approximately 3 days before the actual screening date. Showtimes are subject to change without prior notice.

Showtimes are released closer to the screening date to accommodate the latest scheduling, movie availability, and operational adjustments.

Customers are advised to check the latest showtimes via the official website, mobile app, or at any Mega Cineplex counter.

Malaysia movie ratings are categorized as follows:
U – Suitable for all ages
P12 – Parental guidance advised for children under 12
13 – Suitable for ages 13 and above only
16 – Suitable for ages 16 and above only
18 – Strictly for ages 18 and above only

No. Entry is strictly prohibited for anyone below 18 years old, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian, in accordance with Malaysia regulations.

Customers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime to allow sufficient time for entry.

Late entry is permitted but recommended to arrive on time to minimize disturbance to other customers.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the cinema. Only food and drinks purchased from Mega Cineplex are permitted.

Customers will be offered a refund, replacement ticket, or alternative solution, subject to management decision.

Prohibited items include recording devices, cameras, outside food and drinks, cigarettes, vape, and any items that may disturb other customers or violate cinema regulations.
