Following the events from the first movie, the Blind Man now lives in an isolated cabin, where he has been hiding out for years. However, he is not alone, as he has taken in and is raising a young girl who has become orphaned following a house fire. One day, when a group of kidnappers take the girl away from him, he is forced to leave his safe haven to rescue her.
