Sarimah moved to Kuala Lumpur to start a new life following the tragic death of her young child, and her ex-husband's infidelity, as he had married another woman. She became a maid for Ayden's family, but soon she was haunted by a restless spirit she recognized from the family's portrait as Zara, Ayden's deceased wife. Sarimah experienced nightmares, whispers, and strange occurrences as soon as she set foot in the family's mansion. Through the clues she gathered from her dreams and what she witnessed, Sarimah began to understand that Zara had been a victim at the hands of her own family. However, Sarimah's sympathy for Zara allowed the spirit to possess her, using her to seek revenge on those who had betrayed her.
