2005 – A year before the events of Project: High Council series, Kahar, the youngest son of Dato’ Abu Yamin, is a quiet, introverted Form 4 student in the prestigious Kolej Ungku Deramat (KUDRAT) boarding school, living under the immense pressure of his father’s high expectations. His life takes a dramatic turn when he steps into save his best friend Hakeem from bullying. Kahar suddenly finds himself thrust into the ‘Pilihanraya’, a brutal tournament where students brawl for a chance to become ‘Kapla’, the leader of the ‘High Council’ -- the underground bullying ring which rules over the entire student body. Soon, Kahar starts making a name for himself in the school, yet not everyone is happy to see this new rising star in the Pilihanraya. In forging his new identity, Kahar is forced to face the full weight of all his decisions in tests of friendship, family, and legacy.
